Linda is the total "buyer and seller" agent package. In early 2018 we lived in the Midwest, wanted to buy a home in the Bangor, Maine area and had to do it long distance. Linda helped us do that. Four years later we decided to take advantage of the market and downsize. Linda helped us do that. She was instrumental in making both events very successful. She began each event by truly listening to our desires, expectations, and budget constraints. Then she went to work with the absolute drive and determination required to research, identify, and present solutions to meet our expectations. Her knowledge of the real estate market, the buyer/seller process and local area/economic environments ensured her success. We selected one of the homes she found for us during our first house hunting trip to Maine. Our downsize experience was a duration of three days from day of listing to contract.
