ReviewMy husband and I weren't really looking to buy a new house, but a townhome on the beach caught our eye. We were on Zillow and we scheduled an appointment for a showing. That is when we met Linda Mullany. She was quick to respond, very professional, and a no pressure personality. We loved the home and decided to buy it. Linda offered to help us sell our old home and buy the new one. We said YES! We had only bought one home in the last 25 years and really had no idea what to do! She is very knowledgeable and when we had questions, we could call or text anytime and she always replied promptly. Linda was always honest with us. We decided to buy this home at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, and Linda remained calm and supportive the entire time. We appreciate Linda and would recommend her. She was a blessing through the whole house buying/selling process.

Review Linda was an amazing realtor! Weve had several realtors from the past as a military family and she is the best weve ever had. She is very knowledgeable about the local area and processes and advised us on many items we were not aware of or cognizant of. She showed us many houses, keying in and catering to our preferences right away! She scheduled us for several listings, was very punctual, and was even able to get us into last minute showings at times. Review Linda did such a phenomenal job assisting us with everything from viewings, area familiarization, negotiating, and closing! Conducting a military move from out of state with a newborn, family separation, COVID-19, selling our other home, and starting another job here could not have happened so smoothly without her. We would absolutely recommend her to our family and friends. Review We bought our first home with Linda and she could not have made us more comfortable as first time buyers! We were buying from several states away during coronavirus and had to make a decision without visiting the home ourselves. She video chatted us and made us feel like we were there. From walking us through the yard to describing the sounds she heard while she was at the home we truly felt like we had been at the home before we got there! She walked us through every step of home buying and made recommendations when we didnt know what we wanted. I would 100% recommend Linda to anyone who needs a realtor!

Review I was a first-time home buyer, living in Virginia and wanting to buy in Florida and had no idea what to do. A friend referred me to Linda, and from there, she made what I expected to be stressful and confusing, the best experience ever. She sent me listings daily, advised me neighborhoods, schools, etc., and took time to video chat the viewing so that I could virtually walk through the house. Review If you're looking for an agent in the Pensacola region, look no further. Linda is not only a very good agent but also a wonderful person. She worked with us for almost 2 years to find our dream house. We live about 1200 miles away so she was our eyes and ears. Not only did she find our house and help negotiate the deal, but also went over and beyond what would normally be expected of an agent. She coordinated all the inspections, helped find us homeowners insurance companies, home warranty companies, vendors for landscaping & pool service, etc. I wish I had more money to buy another house through Linda :-)......In the meantime, it's Margarita time! Review Our experience with Linda Mullany was truly wonderful. We called her on Tuesday night of Thanksgiving week to list our home. Early that next morning (which was the day before Thanksgiving) , she arrived at our home and began taking pictures and sharing multiple marketing strategies for our home that she had already started implementing! She was so dedicated to selling our home that she even had multiple showings on Thanksgiving Day. Due to her amazing commitment, within 2 weeks our home went under contract. Her incredible drive and professionalism was evidenced throughout the entire process from the listing to the final sale of our home.
