ZillowVERIFIEDAlthough I had sold homes in the past I had lost touch with the market and the regulatory requirements since then. Additionally, this was an older home that required special knowledge of how best to sell it. All of Mrs Messinger's advice worked perfectly. She knew exactly how to prepare the house for sale as well as price and market it. We had a fully qualified buyer at a very satisfactory price in less than 30 days. Superbly professional. Very personable. I would recommend her without reservation.

ZillowVERIFIED Let me just start by saying Linda exceeded all expectation by a mile. We came to Linda by recommendation of my parents who used her some years back to buy their home and sell their old one (which she actually had sold even before it hit the market). We were is a very difficult price range for the area because 95% of what was available that meet the requirements we wanted & the requirements of the loan we used was short sales & foreclosures. Even with the tight market she was able to get us a home that exceeded anything we thought we could afford in our budget. The thing that blew me away was how much attention she gave us. With Linda being a partner in the company and the broker managing 30 some agents and have to take care all of her buyers and sellers along with managing all the events that come along in life you can expect her to be busy. But it was amazing because I could call her anything or send her a email any time be 6 or 7 in the morning or 9 or 10 at night or any day of the week and I would have a response in a matter of a few minutes. She made us feel like her only client. And that is not easy task for her because I am a person that has a million questions and wants to be on top of everything so it was not a email here and there, it was every day sometimes up to 20 to 30 or more emails a day. So for that kind of service from day 1 to settlement is amazing. So choose Linda you wont regret it.

ZillowVERIFIED My family has used Linda many times over the years with buying and selling our homes. She has the knowledge of the local area and every detail you may be faced with in buying or selling a home. I would not dream of calling anyone else for our real estate needs, and i would recommend her to anyone else.

ZillowVERIFIED Linda has listed two homes for us, we would go back to her again if the need arose. She is with a very reputable agency that is accommodating and helpful in all aspects of the transaction. Her attention to detail, plus her years of experience, made the process flow smoothly. We appreciated the relaxed, honest atmosphere when selling and searching. She listened to what we wanted so our time was not wasted. More Realtors should do the same.

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Linda Garber-Messinger as your next real estate agent. She is a highly dynamic professional, sensitive to your wants and needs, very familiar with the market she represents, well connected to all the professionals and organizations necessary for finalizing your transaction, and has the uncanny ability to identify and address situations before they arise. She has represented me in the sale and purchase of several homes, and the process was always smooth and flawless. You can trust her to get the job done with remarkable speed. I never had to wait longer than 30 days for a solid contract. Her network is extensive and she delivers. She will represent me for my next purchase, and I highly recommend her for yours, too!

ZillowVERIFIED I recently used Linda Garber-Messinger to sell my father's condo. It sold within 6 months and the price was close to our asking price. Her skill set was the perfect match for our needs. She is knowledgeable on all facets of real estate and the Hanover area. Linda advised us how to show the property which we followed. She provided detailed input to us when the property was shown. Linda represented our best interests as was evidenced by her negotiating abilities with potential buyers and her direct approach when addressing difficult personalities from the condo association. I would highly recommend Linda Garber-Messinger as a realtor to anyone selling or buying a home. Given the need, I would use her again in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED For 20 years I have had the pleasure of working with Linda. She has sold 2 properties for me in the market and helped me purchase another. In both cases of selling homes it took Linda less than one week to find us a buyer for the first property and my last home less than 30 days. In both cases of selling these homes Linda and her team provided excellent selling tools, marketing materials or photos of these properties that showcased the homes and what exactly they had to offer. The most recent home sold was listed at $389,000 in a market that does not have a lot of buyers. Linda and the ON LINE Marketing Materials, and Professional Photography, found a buyer in another state. Note this home was on a secondary road not traveled much by many folks except for those that needed to be there. In the end we had a contract on this property in less than 30 days.CUSTOMER SERVICE is Linda Messinger. If you are looking for an agent that give you her full attention and cares about you, your family and your next home contact her.Walt Marriott

The process could not have gone any smoother. Our home sold within three weeks of listing. I would highly recommend Linda for anyone looking to buy or sell in the Hanover area.
