ZillowVERIFIEDLiving out of state and selling a rental property brings with it a unique set of complexities. When our tenants decided to move, my wife and I decided to sell the property rather than find new tenants. Linda was referred to us, and we initially went with the flow given we were not local, unable to shop around, and unfortunately not able to take a hands-on approach. My wife has an inactive real estate license here in California, and I have a great deal of experience in financial services, mortgage lending, real estate, etc., yet being heavily involved wasnt in the cards for either of us. We needed someone who not only understood the market, but also was extremely responsive. We found Linda to be all of this and much more. When it came to list the property after the tenants moved out and the property was cleaned, she didnt wait to have a professional set of photos created for the MLS listing. Instead, she knew she could have photos replaced, and in an effort to get the property listed as soon as possible, she took high-quality photos herself and listed the property. The next day, there was already a high level of interest resulting in not one, not two, but three offers! While I was very pleased, this is where my interaction with Linda proved to me that she is one of the best agents I have ever dealt with. She took my recommendations, provided solid and worthwhile feedback, and ultimately got the deal worked out in a matter of days. The sale closed last week (July 15, 2016), and my wife and I owe her our thanksaEUR"she earned every penny of her commission. We would use her again in a heartbeat!
