ZillowVERIFIEDHello my name is sterling. I would like to start off by mentioning my wife and I interviewed 3 different realtors before choosing Linda Mccall. Our experience with Linda was nothing short of outstanding. Linda is a professional through and through. The qualities in linda as a realtor are as follows: very timely a great communicator flexible to meet your needs and fit her schedule with yours. Honest 100% Up to date on all the latest information and listings and the market Linda exceeded our expectations as a realtor.
ZillowVERIFIEDSo many real estate agents and so little time. Let me help you save time and lessen the anxiety of either buying or selling your home. I have maximized my negotiating and leveraging position by having Linda McCall as my agent. Either as a buyers agent or sellers agent, Linda?s in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and local neighborhood(s) gave me the edge in a tight market!
ZillowVERIFIEDWhat?s better than a realtor telling you everything you want to hear? A realtor who tells you everything you NEED to hear! Linda McCall took an extremely stressful situation and made it easy. There was no fluff and no BS. Everything Linda said about what to expect was completely accurate which made selling our home painless and anxiety-free. No unwanted surprises. No last-minute changes. From our first phone conversation, we knew having Linda in our corner was a huge asset. Her pricing was accurate (to the penny). Her recommendations paid off. Her projections and predictions [through the whole process] were 100% correct. Linda was always available to address even the most minor concerns (quickly, any day/time). She gave thoughtful, intelligent answers to even the dumbest questions we could throw at her ? and we threw some doozies! Long story long, there wasn?t ever a time where we felt uncomfortable or anxious or worried. We were always in good hands, and will never have to go through the dreadful process of finding a new realtor ever again. Linda is ours forever, and she should be yours too.
ZillowVERIFIEDShe is very easy to work with. Always available to answer your questions. Easy to get a hold of and she?s pretty flexible when it comes to meetings and setting up schedules.
ZillowVERIFIEDThis was my first homemade purchase so Linda was very helpful in guiding me through the process. She was very responsive with texts, line calls and emails and helped give me the confidence throughout the entire process.
