ZillowVERIFIED Linda was AWESOME! Before calling her, I suffered through two other realtors that I had to fire who, to my knowledge, never even showed the house. She hit the ground running and took complete control of my situation. I was a long-distance owner, so she handled everything for me, including scheduling and supervising repairs, cleaining, and maintenance, among other things. She knew everyone to get this deal done ASAP, the original builder, appraiser, court clerks, mortgage people ... EVERYONE! She got the money I wanted and all I had to do was cash the check!

ZillowVERIFIED I met Linda back in 2005 when my husband and I moved to West Tennessee from Virginia. She was always very knowledgeable, friendly and always giving you as much time as you needed to discuss any matters that you may have had. Now being no where in the area while this home was being built, we depended on Linda a lot to keep us aware of what came next. What did we need to do, to select to get the home completed by the time we wanted to move in. All was taken care of and finished when expected. Then back in 2012 when my husband passed away, I contacted different realtor that a friend recommended that had just recently sold a home for them. But this person was not able to get my house sold in the 6 months that they had it listed. I then contacted Linda and when she found out that I was wanting to sell, she explained to me why the previous realtor was not able to sell it. The reason was the other realtor did not list my home in the West Tennessee area. Linda said if she and her people had known, they would have had people looking at it. The first realtor had my home listed it in Middle Tennessee. I did not even know this had happened. So I quickly asked Linda to once again sell the home that she helped us buy. In less than a month she had a buyer for my home.I would recommend Linda to anyone that is looking to either buy and/or sell their home. I truly feel that with Linda, you will get what you want. She will listen to everything you say and if she thinks she cannot do something, she will tell you up front. Honesty! That is very important to me.I am not very knowledgeable about the Real Estate business, but I trusted Linda completely! I know that if I look to either buy another place, I will ask Linda to do that for me.
