Linda helped my mom buy her house years ago and when it came time for me to buy my own, calling Linda was a no brainer. She is friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and practical. She seemed to understand what my husband and I wanted even better than we did and guided us to the house we ended up buying. She walked us through the scary and stressful negotiation process, giving spot on advice the whole time and regularly calming my nerves. After submitting our offer, she went above and beyond in assisting us with estimates for repairs. We couldn?t have hoped for a better experience. If we have to sell this house and Linda is still in the business, she will be the only person we call.

Linda is the best real estate agent a person could ask for! It really seems that her interest is only doing what is best for her clients. Ive used Linda to both buy and sell homes. She has been great at presenting me with the necessary information and letting me do what I think is best. She seems to know about everything I have ever asked her about! I have been able to make money on every house Ive bought, mostly because of Linda! She really takes her time in finding both the best house for you, and/or the best buyer for your home! I will never use another realtor, and have even recommended her to my mother (and any one else who will listen)! I really cant imagine anyone not being 100% satisfied with Linda Linton as there realtor!

Linda gave 110 % in helping me find a home. She took into consideration my needs and was almost available 24/7. I have owned 9 homes in 5 states and have never known anyone more proffesional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her and consider her not just a agent but a friend. She never gives up and was constandly looking for a home for me until I found the right one. Even when was on vaction with her family she took time to take my calls and asnwer all my questions.

I was a first time buyer so my knowledge of how the process works on purchasing a home was very slim. Linda was great on finding me a home in the area I wanted and that met every criteria I had. Most realtors I has spoken with was in it to me their sales quota but Linda was more concerned w/ my needs. She was very honest with certain things I was unfamiliar with and always had my best interest. I would recommend Linda to any of my family or friends. Not only will you get the best service but you will get one of the most honest and caring realtors. I will guarantee that Linda will be your realtor for life after taking the step to use her the first time.

My background is a business owner and I ran my company on Outrageous Customer Service. I thought that I was the best and my company grew proving it. However, boy was I wrong. My home was on the market for over two years with three different realtors and companies. All said that they had the marketing knowledge and expertise to sell the home fast and for the maxim dollar amount. None of them came through for us. Linda Linton was recommended to us through a good friend and we were told that she was the very best there was. (Where have I heard that before) However we listed our home with Linda and she took control from the start jump starting the entire process from the listing to staging our home with us. Then she held our hand from day one through the entire listing. She worked on our listing like a mad scientist. I have never seen any realtor work so hard or that had so many contacts from her client list to other realtors. She worked our listing sold our home and made everything come together... and because of her effort my wife and I are now enjoying living here in Florida If you were to ask me for a great realtor recommendation, I would shout out here name. There is none better.
