Linda helped my mom buy her house years ago and when it came time for me to buy my own, calling Linda was a no brainer. She is friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and practical. She seemed to understand what my husband and I wanted even better than we did and guided us to the house we ended up buying. She walked us through the scary and stressful negotiation process, giving spot on advice the whole time and regularly calming my nerves. After submitting our offer, she went above and beyond in assisting us with estimates for repairs. We couldn?t have hoped for a better experience. If we have to sell this house and Linda is still in the business, she will be the only person we call.

Linda is the best real estate agent a person could ask for! It really seems that her interest is only doing what is best for her clients. Ive used Linda to both buy and sell homes. She has been great at presenting me with the necessary information and letting me do what I think is best. She seems to know about everything I have ever asked her about! I have been able to make money on every house Ive bought, mostly because of Linda! She really takes her time in finding both the best house for you, and/or the best buyer for your home! I will never use another realtor, and have even recommended her to my mother (and any one else who will listen)! I really cant imagine anyone not being 100% satisfied with Linda Linton as there realtor!
