Long before she became a REALTORA(R), real estate was at the core of Linda Lichter's life. Her mother was a busy REALTORA(R) in the 1980s, so Linda used to pitch in, helping post flyers, door-knock, and even set up open houses, building her own fascination with buying and selling homes with each passing transaction. Now a successful REALTORA(R) herself, Linda fondly looks back on those formative experiences as valuable in teaching her the importance of authenticity, developing lasting relationships, and offering empathetic care when helping others pursue what may be the biggest financial transaction of their lives.

Linda grew up in the San Fernando Valley, absorbing the nuances of the area's housing markets as she closely observed each detail while helping her mother. In 2000, she entered the real estate industry officially as a Property Manager, adding further value in 2003 when she became a Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent. By 2005, she'd secured her real estate sales license and was well on her way to building her reputation for excellence and sincerity.

Recognizing that every property is as unique as the client behind it, Linda tailors her approach on a case-by-case basis, pivoting to meet her clients' exacting needs with knowledge, care, and a focus on genuine connection.
