So I called Linda to see if she could help me with a complicated situation that included a trust and she was so sweet and supportive. I liked her immediately and with her expertise and determination I was able to move through a complex process to own my first home ever. And I am not young by any means! I did really feel as though Linda cared about me and my children. And I perceived her to be real in a commonly phony world( especially in sales) I personally have a soft spot in my heart for Linda and will always be greatful to her. And certainly would recommend her to anyone??

ZillowVERIFIED Linda Hille assisted a good friend of mine with a home purchase in 2000. In my experience she is simply one of the best in the business. When I set out to purchase a home in 2015 I didnt hesitate to contact Linda, who seemed to know instinctively what I was looking for without needing many details. I ended up purchasing the second home she showed me which was exactly what I wanted. Right house, perfect neighborhood and very comfortably within my budget parameters. Between finding the house and closing on it the process took no more than about six weeks during which time Linda was infinitely patient with all my questions and home-buying jitters. Linda is also highly respected and sought after within the network of mortgage brokers, attorneys and other specialists required in closing on a home, and made the whole process virtually painless for me. Oh, and an added bonus? Linda Hille is a lovely person, warm and caring, and someone youd be glad to have over to your new home for dinner! I just cant recommend her highly enough.

The process involved a short sale and without her expert knowledge with real estate, and short sales in particular, I doubt it would have worked out as well as it did. It was a long 5 month process but in the end we had double closings on the same day!! it could have not gone better.

ZillowVERIFIED Linda is an agent that for us went above and beyond. Linda came highly recommended and was the obvious choice for us when we started to look for our home. We looked at homes briefly while in the state for the holidays and Linda took care of everything else. She made sure we had all of questions answered when we found our home and would not let us go forward until she knew this was the home that was meant for our family. Linda was always available to us by either phone, text or email and with being in another state during the buying process really put us at ease, if there was something that needed attention Linda made sure we knew about it. After purchasing the home and returning to the state Linda even came by to congratulate us in person since we were not at the closing. Linda was even kind enough to get her hands dirty and remove some wallpaper and help in the process of making our new house our home. We cannot thank Linda enough if we ever need to purchase another home or have friends or family who are looking for one she will always be our first call.
