Linda was patient and understanding that I had to find the right condo for me (we looked for over a year) and did not mind how many it took to see (I lost count) or when we saw them. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable on the market since she has been in the area for several years, but she has also been able to suggest really great lenders, appraisers, handymen, etc. My fiance and I were first time home buyers and wanted to see different properties over a course of several months and she was able to quickly get us into a property (typically knew the listing agent since she has so many connections) and she gave her expertise on the area and what the comps were as well. When it came time to close, the process was quick, we used her suggested lender, and we were able to close in less than 30 days.I highly recommend Linda if you are seriously looking in South Florida because she will make your home dreams come true.
