ZillowVERIFIEDWorkin with Linda was a pleasure. She had to hold my hand through the process as my husband used to handle all of this. She most definitely helped me get through the process. Linda was very hands on and kept me informed every step of the way. Linda was always available if I wanted to look at a property. Thank you Linda!

ZillowVERIFIED Linda is amazing! From the beginning, she was very responsive and made us feel at ease with the process. We are first-time homebuyers, so entering the housing market was scary. Linda took every opportunity to educate and guide us through finding and buying our new home. Linda bent over backward for us any opportunity she had to make our home buying experience quicker and less stressful. It really felt like she wanted to find a home for us as much as we did.

ZillowVERIFIED We LOVE Linda! Years ago, she helped us buy the house were in and also recently helped us sell the same one. She is professional and her knowledge, experience and advice is invaluable. No question is too trivial and she responds as quickly as she can to calls and emails, which is usually almost immediately. She was referred to us by some friends and we have never regretted it. If you are looking for an experienced real estate agent, Linda is an outstanding choice!

ZillowVERIFIED Linda is an awesome person and an amazing real estate agent. She is super personable and goes above and beyond for her clients. She helped me with every step of the process, even with the loan process and figuring stuff out in the home afterwards. She is a real estate warrior and she isn't afraid to fight for her clients to have the best experience possible. Thank you, Linda!

ZillowVERIFIED Linda has restored my faith in realtors. In preparing to sell our house we immediately felt confident in her knowledge of the local area, the unique market timing (COVID but still buzzing) and in her marketing strategies. Flash forward many weeks to our actual listing (timing preferred by us) and Linda had everything ready to go -- she was responsive and organized with what was needed: photos, staging our own furniture, feedback on renovations. We sold the weekend we listed and then closing items came -- the inspection sailed through because of Linda's pre-inspection recommendation. The pre-inspection was with Linda's recommended home inspector who was very well known and highly respected in the area. Of course, by then we knew not to worry about closing parties (titling) and went with Linda's recommendations -- she has the knowledge, the network, the drive and personality to get it done (and make it an enjoyable experience). I wish we didn't move out of state so all of our future transactions could be with Linda!

ZillowVERIFIED Linda was great to work with and kept us updated on homes that were just hitting the market to be able to move fast. My son purchased a home he really liked and plans on being in for a long period of time. Would definitely recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED From day one, Linda was there for us on our journey into first time home ownership. She didn't leave much to imagination, as all our options were right there on the table from the start. Linda doesn't hold back, and is a straight forward, no-nonsense realtor. Exactly the type of person I was looking for. We decided, rather than buy a pre-owned home, that building one was the best option for us, and she was right there by our side through the whole process. Today, I consider her a friend and ally, and I would recommend her to any of my friends or family.

ZillowVERIFIED We chose Linda from a list of realtors because she had many years of experience in the area we were looking. We were first time home buyers and wanted someone with a vast knowledge to help us along. Linda was great! She was always quick to respond to our questions and would book house showings at the earliest convenience. She was never pushy and would let us look at each house, giving us pointers on what to look for and update if we liked the house. She was very, very organized which made the closing go smoothly. If you are looking for a house in Carver County, make sure to keep her in mind!

ZillowVERIFIED Experience! Any agent can help you sell or buy a home but experience is what is required when challenges arise in a real estate transaction. We learned this first hand. Linda was a constant advocate for us through the entire process. We found her to be responsive to our many emails and text messages, assertive in representing our interests and diplomatic when a more sensitive tone was necessary. Linda was always honest with us and we respected her wisdom as we consulted with her. Linda helped us pursue and purchase our dream home and we recommend her without reservation.

ZillowVERIFIED When I moved back to Minnesota I was looking to downsize to a small condo or townhouse. Linda showed me exactly what I was looking for but also showed me smaller homes. Ultimately she found the perfect small home for me and I am very happy. Linda was great to work with; it always seemed like she was working just for me and had time to walk through this process with me. When the time comes to sell and move on... Linda will be my real estate professional.
