Beyond just friendly, she was patient, knowledgeable, and did all the extra research to make sure we ended up in the best situation possible. Throughout negotiations she never tried to rush the sale and actually took the time to make sure this was the right place for us. She helped us get the property for below market value and also helped get us further discounts through negotiations. If there were more than 5 starts to give I definitely would. If you want an agent who?s priority is finding you what works for you this is definitely your agent! I?ve dealt with a lot of realtors throughout the years and it?s hard to find one who?s main goal isn?t just closing or settling but finding me what I need. We had a contract soon after we listed. My father lived close by and decided he was ready to sell his home in November of 2016. I contacted Linda and she was again wonderful. She is very communicative and always follows through on what she says she will do. She had a great marketing plan and we were very please with the results. Linda's team is like a well oiled machine. They are all incredibly kind, patient and friendly. If we ever move back to the Fort Mill area, we will definitely contact Linda's office to purchase.
