ZillowVERIFIED Over the years,I have worked with numerous realtors and I can convidently state that Linda is the BEST! She is energetic, thorough and kept me informed throughout the entire transaction .Based on her knowledge of the market, she set a fair price for the home which resulted in a quick sale and a fair return on our investment. She had an excellent photographer and utilized a sound marketing strategy. Due to her diligence the entire process went smoothly. She went far above and beyond my expectations! Thank you so very much, Linda!!! o

ZillowVERIFIED Linda was the best agent that we have ever used. We have had to sell and buy alot. She really knows her stuff. We figured it would take a lot of time to sell our home, she sold it in 8 days. My husband and I think of her as a friend. We got to know her and just love her to death. If we still lived in Orangeburg and had a house to sell, she would be the only one I would call.

ZillowVERIFIED Id like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Linda for her helpfulness and efficiency in selling my home. I thought it would present a challenge, but she was so conscientious in all aspects of the sale that she sold it in a surprisingly short time. I appreciate her professionalism, competence, and hard work! She did an outstanding job in many ways, including her market research for the listing price, and her efforts to identify and interact with prospective buyers and their agents. She followed through for me in all the procedures involved in closing the sale, and she turned what I had thought would be a frustrating task into an easy accomplishment. And throughout, she constantly kept me informed of all developments As a result, I had a superb experience working with her! I wish her much success in all her future endeavors, and I feel confident that all her future clients will also be extremely impressed with the caliber of her services. Thank you again for all your help. aEUR" April Ridgeway

ZillowVERIFIED Linda Fisher was such a great help in our home purchase. Without her and her knowledge, I doubt the transaction would have taken place. She has real life knowledge about all avenues of buying and selling a home. She is a problem solver and gets things done. Linda had solutions to problems that I just didn't know which way to turn. She was there to listen, answer any questions, and took action! She makes you feel like you are the only client she has. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy and or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED From the very beginning Linda was on the spot. She gave us instructions on how to get the house ready for sale and gave us a deadline to have it done. We missed the deadline by a few weeks but we got it done. Linda was there for us anytime we called her with the simplest of questions. Thank you for a job well done in getting our house sold quickly.

ZillowVERIFIED I am a commercial real estate broker in a city 40 miles from the property I sold. I was very aware of the qualities I needed in a residential broker. I wanted someone who was competent, confident, had local value knowledge and would keep me advised regarding the status of the property. Linda had the knowledge, got the property sold and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend her.
