Review This the 8th house I've sold (not a flipper, just lot's of job transfers) so I've worked with good and bad realtors. Linda is at top of the 'good' realtor list. Very knowledgeable on the local market. Gives extremely good and balanced advice ('do this - it'll show better', 'don't do that - waste of $$$.') Ultra responsive to questions big or small. She was patient as we readied for sale; she was impatient after the list thru to close - just what a seller wants :-). And she got results: we sold 2 days after listing, above list price. And for her the accepted offer didn't mean job done: she was able to further sweeten the deal another 2% a week later (truly remarkable!) Her knowledge of industry peripherals is both strong and useful (mortgagors, lawyers, quality repairmen, title, etc.)

Review linda fernandez and her assistant christine bath are incredible! we had previously listed our house for six months with a local realestate firm and we were lucky of we had 5 views a day on zillow and maybe 6 showings within the 6 months.linda came in like gangbusters, super professional totally social media savvy tons of printed material done so when we had showings the material was there for them to take home. she would do online bursts sent to targeted neighborhoods in the city aimed at young couples marketing our house as a perfect weekend get away. within less than a week we had 50 to 70 hits on zillow with at least 20 saves a day!!! so within 2 to 3 months we had many offers and we are now under contract. we haven't bought or sold a home in 25 years so linda carefully walked us through all the steps right down to the smallest details. linda was available 24/7 with texts and emails back and forth we always were told 24 hours in advance of a showing. linda and catherine are very enthusiastic and made it a fun adventure!
