ZillowVERIFIEDLinda was amazing! She took the stress out of selling our house and purchasing a new home. I honestly did not think we would find a buyer as quick as we did. Linda was very professional and knowledgeable about the housing market trends.

ZillowVERIFIED We first met Linda at an open house, and she was so welcoming and open to answering all our questions! She was patient with us, she showed us so many different houses, and we never felt pressured by her. We are so thankful to have had an agent who truly cared about our needs and wants. We definitely recommend Linda Brixey to anyone who is looking to buy a home!!

ZillowVERIFIED This was my 1st time buying a home and I had ALOT of questions. Linda was always patient with me and walked me through the process with ease. She is very knowledgeable about properties and communities. She didn't sugarcoat a property just to make a sale. I feel I'll be very happy in my new home thanks to Linda and Amy Durham who stepped in to show me properties when Linda was unable to. I cannot thank the two of them enough for their outstanding, professional job to make my homeownership dream a reality.

ZillowVERIFIED I have dealt with many realtors but never came across one as honest, knowledgeable, responsive, available and trustworthy as Linda. She is NEVER, just trying to sell yet another property. She will give you her honest opinion about it. Through her, I have bought two properties and will do it again in a heartbeat. She will patiently walk you through every detail on any aspect of the process, will answer any and all of your questions, and will step back to let you make the right, informed and intelligent decision that best fits your needs. I will certainly recommend Linda Brixey to anyone who is a first-time or repeat buyer because I am certain your experience will be just the same, if not better than mine.

ZillowVERIFIED She really helped us through the whole process! This was our first time buying a home and we didn't know much about the process but she helped us understand completely about everything. She was great and very quick and responsive when we needed her. She was honest and really helped us make sure we made the best decisions for us! We will recommend her to anyone we know buying a home and will come back when we buy again!

ZillowVERIFIED Have had both a buying experience and selling experience with Linda. The reason we chose her to sell our property was the fantastic transaction we had when we bought the property. Linda went above and beyond to ensure that we (the buyers) had every question answered, every phone call returned, and every piece of information at our fingertips. It was, by far, the most painless real estate transaction I have been a part of. Therefore, when it came time to sell, there was only person we called. Again, Linda went well beyond our expectations. This was a fairly unique property, with a smaller buyer base. Linda worked tirelessly to bring prospective buyers to the property until she found the ideal people. She worked through the issues that arose, and ensured everything ran as smooth as possible. I am currently out of state, so having a trustworthy advocate was huge. If I move back to the area, Linda will be the first call I make.

ZillowVERIFIED Linda sold our house and then helped us find a new home. She was very patient and showed us over 50 homes. Was not a pushy salesperson about any of the homes.

ZillowVERIFIED Linda was extremely helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty. She knows all the ins and outs of the trade. She knew what we wanted and how to get it, the quality of neighborhoods we looked at, was patient, helped us get our credit going so we could qualify for a loan, and never gave up hope even after we did on finding what we were looking for. Had it not been for her we would have settled for something we didn't really want. I recommend her to anyone who is looking for their dream home.

ZillowVERIFIED Linda went above and beyond to help me get this home for me and my family. She was there with me every step of the way. There were many obstacles to overcome and if not for her knowledge and experience, I would still be trying to buy a home.
