ZillowVERIFIEDLinda is the most skilled and warm-hearted agent I have ever met. She didnt talk much as other agents did to me but she listened and observed my requests and satisfaction carefully. She showed me several houses just met my needs and contacted the seller calmly, helped me found masons to fix the minor defects in the basement. Drove me around the town and showed me the surrounding area even after I bought the house! Plus she was not feeling well and tired that day. Before I moved in I went on a trip, she took care of other things such as watching leaking or electricity usages for me. Really nice of her, she is not only a realtor, she is also a helper!

ZillowVERIFIED I chose Linda because she had recently sold a house similar to mine in the area. We met and discussed the overall process and comparative data. We decided on a list price based on the comparative data including New House data in the area. The final sale price was within 3% to 4% of our list price. We had to negotiate with the buyer on several points following the inspection and Linda presented solutions that worked and addressed each point successfully and professionally. A major point was how we addressed the HVAC systems that were beyond there useful life but functionally properly. We purchased an insurance policy for the buyers which had an affordable premium for me the seller. The house was staged based on a consult that Linda organized. There were other preparations that I took care of that were relatively minor and mostly cosmetic. We sold the house in two weeks.

It was not an easy process and we went through a lot of homes until we found the one for us but Linda was right there with us helping us through the process. She is extremely knowledgeable with the Wallingford area and even surrounding areas. If there was any doubt she would research to see if it is a good location. I wasn't an easy client to deal with but Linda was always very responsive and very reassuring through it all.
