Linas was an excellent realtor from the first time we reached out all the way until we got the keys to our house. As first-time homebuyers, my fiancA(C) and I needed a lot of guidance and explanations about the home buying process. Linas spent as much time as we needed going over every little detail we needed explained, and helped us understand exactly what we were doing each step of the way. He was very knowledgeable about and took time to explain both red flags and green flags when we were looking at properties and never pressured us to put in offers just so he could make a sale. When we had a difficult situation with a home we put an offer on, Linas fought hard for us, and when it didn't work out, he jumped right back in and we found our house just a couple weeks later. Having a good realtor really made a huge difference in this whole experience for us, and we couldn't recommend Linas more.

I had to relocate pretty quickly this year--buy a new house and sell my existing house--and Linas made the whole process feel easy. He went above and beyond to show me houses and provided all of the information I needed throughout the process to keep it moving forward. He was constantly looking out for my future, too, making sure I considered each property's long-term value for my family. When it came to selling, Linas made sure I understood the technology and process of showings and kept me informed of buyer feedback. When it came to offers, he explained all of the terms and nuances (Do you know what an Escalation Clause is?), took amazing photos of the house, and we sold it for more than I expected to. In 2014, Linas helped my husband and me to find our current home, which we got a great deal on due to it having been a HUD foreclosure. We were really impressed with Linas' knowledge about real estate and his ability to walk us through the biding process and then help us figure out the rest of the details. He's always very personable and considerate of buyers' needs and wishlists during the process.Update in July 2021: Linas has always supported us in whatever choices we make as homeowners. We were going to sell the house this year, and Linas had great advice to help us prepare it for market. But when circumstances and plans changed, he didn't skip a beat in connecting us with someone who could help us stay in our home a while longer! Hopefully in 5 years' time, we'll be coming back to Linas to help us grow into a new forever home and sell this one.
