ZillowVERIFIED Lina helped us with the sale of my brothers condo in River North after he died. We were out of state, and Lina went above and beyond handling all the things that ordinarily a seller would have done themselves. She was extremely knowledgeable about the Chicago market and connected us with other professionals we needed who were equally excellent at meeting our needs. She was lovely to work with. Highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Lina is the reigning queen of Oak Brook/Hinsdale and has deep expertise in everything related to the western suburbs. Every new price point, every note worthy transaction around our area has Linas touch on it. I was able to reach Lina at a reasonable amount of time no matter what day of the week or time of day it was. Lina is very dedicated to her career and takes her job responsibilities very seriously. Personally, I rarely write reviews about anyone or anything but I feel that Lina is exceptional enough to deserve this review. If you get the chance to work with Lina, you will quickly sense her dedication and commitment to her profession.

ZillowVERIFIED Had a great experience working with Lina to find our dream home and sell our current home. Her dedication and expertise is what gives her an edge over many agents Ive worked with in the past. Her knowledge of the market as well as the structures and fundamentals in a home is not observed with most realtors or even home inspectors. She didnt rush us to close a deal quickly and even helped us save money by making the right moves. Would definitely refer her to anyone looking to buy or sell without hesitation.

ZillowVERIFIED We were very pleased with Lina's services and attention to detail. She knows the Oak Brook area very well and uses many tools to help place your home in the best light for potential buyers. She is a strong advocate for her clients and is very respectful of how stressful selling a home can be. She builds confidence and shows compassion, which both work very well to complement her skills and talent in the real estate business. She priced our home appropriately and got us top dollar in the final sale.

ZillowVERIFIED Lina was amazing throughout the home buying process. She was extremely patient with us and showed us countless homes. As first time home owners we never felt pressured and always got great advice from Lina about the right thing to do. I truly feel she would always give us the same advice she would to her own family. When it came time to get the deal done Lina's expertise really shined. She took the initiative to get us the best deal and made the process pretty painless.

ZillowVERIFIED Lina was very helpful during sale of our property. Our house was sold before it even came on the market. She got us more than the listing price. She negotiated on our behalf. She worked with before bringing house on the market, took excellent pictures, created 3D and drone photography of our house. She marketed at various platforms including magazines. She brought only solid offers to us. Sale process was very smooth. We are very happy with her service and will use her again for sure.

ZillowVERIFIED Lina did an excellent job in both finding us the condo we were looking for in Oak Brook and then selling our home for $100K over the listing price. We appreciated all the personal and business effort she provided that resulted in a very efficient relocation process and financial success for us. We found Lina to be very knowledgeable of both Oak Brook and the DuPage County Real Estate market. We highly recommend her based on her results and willingness to meet our real estate requirements.

ZillowVERIFIED Lina was truly fantastic to work with. She quickly understood our needs and went the extra mile to make sure we had a clear understanding of the market and the value of the homes that were available. She helped us find the perfect house for us at a competitive price. She also is a tireless worker, we were doing an international move from halfway around the world, and Lina was available for what felt like 24/7. We appreciated her attention to detail, her honesty, and her experience. She has a good understanding of her clients, their styles and whats important to them, and shes very open and trustworthy. She also helped us in getting more settled into our new community with lots of great recommendations of people to work with. Would highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Lina went above and beyond with both the purchase of a new home and the listing of our old home. She actually was our realtor when we bought our first home and was there to sell it 6 years later. Within those 6 years, we consulted Lina on updates we did, she kept us up to date in the market, she let us know what we could do to really add value to our home (& what we could pass on!). When it comes to buying or selling, Lina is your biggest advocate- she truly is part of your "team." You will never, ever, feel like she's trying to sell you a house- there is zero pressure from her. Lina made the entire process seamless- she does SO much behind the scenes that you're not even aware of. Outside of that, she knows literally everyone- the inspectors, the brokers, the neighborhood, the community- she knows the neighbors on almost every street in Oak Brook! When we were new to Oak Brook, she really helped explained each subdivision and what to expect- and she is brutally honest- which we couldn't be more thankful for. Lina is more than an agent at this point- she is a friend and someone we trust. We have told so many that she is the real estate guru and she's the best person to be negotiating on your behalf. Trust her and trust the process. You'll be so happy you did!

ZillowVERIFIED We enlisted Lina to sell our house after a disastrous experience, and we could not have asked for a better realtor. She is the epitome of professionalism and excellence, caring, kind and honest. Lina goes above and beyond to make sure her clients needs are met, always in a graceful manner. She was there for us every step of the way, providing guidance and support, turning a hitherto painful experience into a seamless process. She looked after our house like her own, and It was never too late or too early for a phone call. Her positivity and wealth of experience transpire in all her client interactions. Needless to say that she sold our house at the price that we wanted, and supervised the entire closing process.I wholeheartedly recommend Lina for anyone looking for a first class, reliable, kind and honest realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED We loved working with Lina for the house we purchased! We had a different agent prior to working with Lina, and it was such a stark difference. Our prior agent didn't know anything about the houses we saw, didnt offer any insight, and clearly was just trying to make a sale for her own numbers. In contrast Lina helped us identify homes that specifically meet our needs/desires by doing the research based on what we were looking for. She gave her honest opinion about each home, even if that meant she may not make a sale. She made the whole process easy to navigate and negotiated expertly to make sure we really felt we were getting a good value. She evaluated each home before we went for viewings and shared important information to help us make our decision. She also referred us to a great lawyer and loan officer! I would HIGHLY recommend working with Lina if you are looking for a home to buy or sell!

She is very knowledable regarding the area, the market, the value of homes and even the condition or challenges a home may present. She is always looking out for her clients best interest during negotiations even if it's to her own detriment. We couldn't be happier with her expertise. ZillowVERIFIED Lina is a fantastic person and a great realtor. She really cares about her clients. My husband and I were very picky when looking for a home. She never complained or discouraged us from looking at any house. We have two small children and she was always flexible about her schedule to accommodate us, often with last minute notice that we wanted to come see a house. She will always pick up the phone or text you back immediately if you try to get a hold of her. She also was very helpful about what to look for in a well built house. She even came to look at houses with us after she broke her foot and could barely walk! She was able to help us find a great home at a great price. I would recommend her to anyone I know!

ZillowVERIFIED Lina showed great dedication in helping to sell a one of its kind house. Everyone can sell a house in a subdivision . But one outside that with a unique layout is a challenge. Throughout the engagement, Lina was very responsive doing as many open houses as needed to get the job done. That dedication was apparent whether she is working or on 'vacation'. I highly recommend Lina.

ZillowVERIFIED Lina is an amazing Realtor who worked very hard for our family. When our financing fell through and there was no chance for a sale, Lina went out of her way to ensure we would receive our escrow refund. She personally contacted our attorney and worked with the lender, even though she would not be compensated. Most Realtors would have walked away once their commission was off the table. Lina is different -- she wanted to take care of us. If we ever decide to move in the future, there is only one Realtor we will use. Thank you, Lina!

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot say enough about Lina and how impressed we are with her knowledge, expertise, and negotiation skills. She goes over and beyond what she needs to do as an agent. Ours was only a rental and she still went out of her way to show us our choices and negotiated for us. We were moving from another state and yet she took care of so much at this end that it took the stress out of moving. She is the best and we would absolutely and highly recommend her as an agent.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience of selling a condo with Lina as my realtor was 5+ star experience. She advised me the exact selling price and anticipated time frame that I should be expecting her to market the property and how soon prospective buyers would come along. To my surprise almost everything matched to what she described. My selling price, the price that buyers quoted and amount of time it took to sell the property. Overall we were able to sell the property within 30 days time and she guided me in almost all the steps. She is truly trustworthy and she is definitely my realtor for next property purchase.
