Lin helped us find our first home, suggesting areas that she knew would meet our needs that we were not familiar with. When the time was right Lin also helped us sell our home. I had the pleasure of working with Lin on numerous occasions. She helped me buy my first home after college graduation and later helped me sell that home and purchase another. That was a total of 3 transactions that went very smoothly. My first home was a short sale and I was a novice. She took her time to explain everything and I ended up buying the home within 2 weeks of searching. That was back in 2012 when the market was hot and properties were being snatched by investors. 4 years later I contacted Lin again to help me sell it, and she did IN 7 HOURS of it being on the market for FULL ASKING PRICE. I bought the home for 185k and sold it for 254k.. couple of years later you do math! I enjoy working with her and would recommend her to anyone! Lin had quite an easy process as I already knew where I wanted to buy a home.
