ZillowVERIFIED Lily Murphy is a jewel. As my late hubby was a Realtor I'm aware of how others deal with their clients...so she's quite a rare jewel indeed. Too many in this biz are motivated by racking up closed deals, regardless of whether those deals are actually in Their Client's Best Interest -- not Lily! I am a woman of a certain age, am on my own now, and one of the most invaluable aspects of Lily representing my home is that I Always felt genuinely cared for...plus proactively Protected. As I had been very disappointed by prior Realtors I'd hired, working with Lily has been a RELIEF after having endured very poor behaviors and dismal performances by her 2 predecessors. Among her many stellar traits: prompt communication (unlike Others!), her caring orientation, remembering every last niggly detail with that brilliant brain of hers, plus her laser-focused ADVOCACY on my behalf when dealing with every component of todays complicated real estate transactions. She delivers seasoned expertise every single step of the way, and does so with warmth, humor, and tireless diligence. As I had a unique (European-inspired "vintage") home on an oversized hilltop parcel with million dollar views that needed a special buyer I had already considered her a superstar during the selling phase of our collaboration. But then she REALLY went way, WAY above & beyond during some truly unexpected twists & turns that erupted suddenly in escrow -- the most dire of which occurred on the other side of our deal AFTER I had already signed MY final docs! Then, as if that was not enough given her uber resourcefulness in getting our transaction back on track, she subsequently outdid herself with yet MORE truly heroic feats relating to my move which ended up being horrifically impacted by outside factors. I'd already started calling her Wonder Woman about midway thru our 6-week escrow. But she IS just that, folks. Hire her, period. You won't be sorry -- and she also has an impressively ginormous service area so she provides her invaluable assistance all over the greater Bay area and actually all of N. California (although she just told me about a S. CA transaction she's handling for a prior client too). I can never adequately express my gratitude to this truly wonderful real estate professional for the difference she's made in my life by successfully closing this watershed sale for me, but this wee review is my heartfelt attempt to do just that. She helped me even on her planned vacation with her family in a different time zone. Lily never ever gives up and always works her hardest for you. She 10000% puts your need first. Well Lily found us something for even less than we had dreamed of paying and its worked perfectly. She guided us to look in a neighborhood we hadnt considered and we fell in love and said lets buy it the same day. We were so pleased with Lily that she sold our previous home for us as well. She is buttoned up in her business knowledge and processes and empathetic and tough when you need someone in your corner. Lily maintained excellent contact with us throughout that time. She continued to send us new rental properties and was constantly looking for houses that hit our criteria, without pressuring us or giving up on us. She always contacted us right away if we had questions and went out of her way to be available to us on many occasions. She is personable, knowledgeable and focused on her clients. Liliana's dedication to her Clients is far above most realtors that myself, and my spouse have worked with. She always responded fast to our calls, emails, and text messages. Quickly past on information to us about places we had found and she went out of her way to explore new areas we were interested in buying at even though she knew in the end we would not be happy there. She would work hours far outside of a normal 9 to 5 job which helped us because or our busy life and work schedule. Despite our advising her that our time was limited she then called us to show us the property when we were already out of the area. It was bizarre. Needless to say, we found an alternate, available and present realtor to assist us and we are in process on an offer as a result.
