ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend working with Lily to purchase or sell a home. She was responsive, easy to get in touch with, and extremely knowledgeable. She listened to our desires and showed us homes that fit our needs. What I liked the most was that she quickly cued into what we didn't like and took that into consideration with the homes she showed us. She didn't waste our time. We felt Lily knew the Ruidoso area well and gave us great advice. She also handled everything we needed as we are not from the area, making the purchase very easy and stress-free. Lily was also knowledgeable about the NM real estate law and procedures. Also responsive to questions and queries that I had.With one exception, the purchase process went smoothly; required inspections done, walk-throughs scheduled and sticking points of scheduling a closing completed. The one hiccup we had, Lily worked after the sale to eventually come to satisfactory solution.
