What makes my circumstances a little unique, is that I reside in Canada and was selling a property in the Bay Area. Lily is a great communicator, which is important when I'm not physically there. She single handedly project managed all the renovations, gardening, staging, and access, keeping me informed every step of the way. In addition, she helped navigate a fairly complex notarizing requirement for sellers that are out of the country. We juggled requirements involving US consulate appointments which conflicted with aggressive closing timelines, but we got through it, Lily staying calmer than I throughout. As a first time home seller, I basically had no idea how to get my property selling at a higher price. More remodeling may get me a higher selling price but may not be worthy in the end. I believed that many agents may try to convince sellers doing more as they can get more commissions with higher selling prices. Lily walked me through all the details and only suggested me do the items that were necessary. Whenever I have a question, Lily always gets back to me very soon though I know that she has a busy schedule, and her response was always professional. In terms of the result, my home was sold at a price higher than my high-end expectation and was pending in about 10 days after listing even during current pandemic situation. While with other realtors we had to follow up with them ), she was always on top everything, never pushed us and was always there to guide us through the process.2) Even though we were first time buyers we were not that stressed as we had Lily with us and we knew, once we would request Lily to find out something she would always get us responses. 3) On so many occasions she followed up with Inspectors on the inspection reports findings, called plumbers and helped us get quotes for the work to be done.4) She would summarize all inspection reports for the houses we shortlisted and explained the key items to us, which is super helpful given the fact that there are soo many pages.5) She did not create any panic by forcing us to put a price with which we were not comfortable - end result was that we got a house with her within 3 months of working with her!Even till date after buying the house, she is super responsive and helps answer any questions we have for the sellers about the house!Highly recommend her as she took so much off our plate and guided us all throughout the process!
