I worked with Lilliana Matos to buy my first home and she was amazing. From our initial buyers consultation through closing on my condo, Lilliana was super diligent in making sure I understood every step of the home buying process, and explaining all of my options to me without pushing me or having any personal agenda. The sellers of the home I ultimately bought requested a very fast escrow timeline and Lilliana not only helped with getting me set up in advance to make me comfortable committing to this timeline in my offer (and get my offer accepted over some higher bids as a result) but she also was incredible during the escrow process with helping set up inspections for me, and strategizing on requests for repair credits. Without a doubt will come back to the matos group next time I'm in the market!

ZillowVERIFIED I buy and rent homes for my small business. When I was looking to get another home in LA, my go-to Mortgage Broker, who I've worked with for years decided, to get out of the business. So I quickly sought for an LA-based RE Agent. Out of the top three I spoke to over the phone, Lilliana was the best. I was very happy I've chose her. I move quick with my purchases, making an offer on a home the same day I view them, but Lilliana moved quicker! Despite the home was being purchased from a company (Zillow) and the contract was not a standard CAR contract we're all familiar with. Nonetheless, she was able to work through it with relative ease. A big bonus: Because of her seller's agent experience of staging homes, she had a list of reliable local contractors whom she referred to me. One of her contractors saved me a lot from another quote!
