ZillowVERIFIED Nightmare! Horrible negotiation skills worked with buyers agent and I was the seller. Provided no information to help me during the process. Gave me a septic guy that charged me $2400 and did absolutely nothing and opened me up to law suits -realty concepts president threatened me and cursed at me via email! Worst experience and I wish I had someone who had my back during the selling process but I felt she worked with her vendors and the buyers agent to extract money. Example: septic 2400 estimate, property line dispute 28000. These are some examples of my costs for septic and surveying my property. I needed to buy the lot next door because of a property dispute she never even asked the buyers to help me pay. She threw the other lot in as a bonus and put it as a contingent offer depending if my house closed. Buyers have threatened law suit against myself and all the agents who worked with us.

ZillowVERIFIED I needed to sell my house unexpectedly, so I asked Lillian to come by and assess what I should ask. From day one she was by my side, she helped me price it according to the market and then went beyond the call of duty. She went over everything I needed to get done before it went on the market, and actually came over and helped me do it. She gave me encouragement when I was so depressed about the sale and kept insisting it was the right thing for me. In the end she would never know how true that advice turned out to be.Then it was ready and we listed it. The first offer was almost 24 hours later, but way too low, she wanted me to counter but I refused and even though she felt I might be wrong she stuck by my side refusing a counter. Two weeks passed and a couple came in that Lillian felt were perfect for my property, they looked at it, looked at others, liked a lot of them.. It was late when she said, lets go back to my house, the sun was setting, and this property dazzled with a fantastic light show, it was a done deal, the next day they made a good offer, the house was sold..I can't thank Lillian enough, she was great from beginning to end, she did all the paperwork, allowing me to sign from 200 miles away. I never had to come back, she was a marvel. I recommend her to all my friends, she.'s delightfully honest and trustworthy and a truly lovely person.
