ZillowVERIFIED Liliana is one of the best realtors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She?s there with you from start to finish, and builds lasting relationships in the process. I first met her when I was considering moving my family to Palm Coast from across the country, but was unsure of the exact timing and details. She was happy to show me a few neighborhoods and homes to help me get a feel for different areas. We stayed in contact and communicated for over a year- she always answered all of my questions very thoroughly, and got to know what my family and I were looking for on a more personal level. Then, when we decided to rent before buying, she was happy to pivot and help us find a rental. In fact, she leveraged her network to find us the perfect rental from someone she had previously sold to. The rental process was seamless, and she made sure that the home was meticulously prepared and ready for us to move in, and she came by to check on us when we arrived. She even helped us navigate potential complications related to our moving truck - above and beyond what most people would do. Now she?s helping us find our forever home, and I wouldn?t want to be working with anyone else. Liliana is a wonderful communicator, very well networked, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She?s always prepared, and a couple of steps ahead of everyone else. I would highly recommend that anyone looking to move to the area - whether from a few miles away, or from a few thousand miles away, reach out to Liliana. You will be in great hands and feel warmly welcomed.

ZillowVERIFIED Liliana Escobar is one in a million! She was always professional and had answers to our many, many questions! Liliana was always beautifully dressed and impeccably groomed! She was warm, caring and never lost her patience while dealing with two novice homebuyers! She was always able to aEURoesmooth outaEUR? any snags we encountered while qualifying for our mortgage, dealing with rude inspectors and even instructing us how to interpret, read, sign and send in the gazillion papers necessary for a home purchase! Liliana is a wealth of information! She always had a list of professionals available to us for work that we are planning to do in our home! She has become a personal friend and we cant wait to refer friends, neighbors and acquaintances to her for selling and buying homes! I personally carry some of her cards with me and I eagerly give them out to people I come across who are looking for a realtor! We had a wonderful experience dealing with Liliana and we would refer her without hesitation!

ZillowVERIFIED Recently I received the keys to my new home..one of the greatest feelings Ive experienced! Needless to say its an arduous process. But thanks to Mrs. Escobar my dream became a reality. Mrs. Escobar is a professional in every sense of the word. Its apparent in the way she represented me and in her dealings with every person she meets. She has a friendly demeanor, but is assertive in her suggestions and guidance. Without her representation I wouldnt have been able to purchase my home. I will always be thankful to her for helping me realize my goal and teaching me that anything is possible. The effort was well worth it! -Sammy Rivera

ZillowVERIFIED We were so lucky to have Liliana as our realtor. She went above and beyond in every phase of our home purchase. She is professional, attentive and caring, very responsive to every concern at all hours of the evening, generous and thoughtful, diligent and exceptional in every way.Liliana did an amazing job marketing and renting the home we purchase for our retirement. The E-listing she designed was stunning; she posted the listing with all the popular on-line sites available, she made herself available for showings to every potential renter. She provided us with credit and background checks for multiple candidates and kept in mind the importance of renting to a lovely family that would respect and treasure our home for safe keeping until we can occupy it. And she made it all happen in less than a month. If you have a home to sell or rent, you cannot go wrong if you choose Liliana Escobar as your realtor.
