ZillowVERIFIEDWe absolutely loved working with Berenice Ramage and her team! From the first time we met with her we knew she was the realtor we wanted to go with. It was always so easy to reach her. If I didn't reach her right away, she always got back to me promptly. She was very professional and I felt at ease from the beginning to end knowing that we were in the right hands! She was very thoughtful and considerate and went above and beyond our expectations. We needed to sell our house quickly and once we put it on the market, it was under contract within 24 hours. Considering the houses in our community were taking longer than normal to sell, I truly believe that Berenice and her team had a huge part to play in this. I would strongly recommend her to anyone I know and she will be our first call the next time we need to work with a realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED After interviewing five different realtors over a two-day span, Berenice Ramage stood out immediately. She approached our initial meeting with a level of preparedness and professionalism that made it feel as though she was already part of my team. Not only did she come with a well-crafted "Why Choose Me" presentation, but she also brought data-driven insights comparing my property to current market trends and relevant comps. Her ability to balance market expertise with a thoughtful, personalized approach truly impressed me. What set Berenice apart even more was her sincere and honest delivery. She was complimentary of my home, but also provided insightful, constructive suggestions on small adjustments to enhance first impressions for potential buyers. Her feedback was both tactful and effective, and her warm, yet professional demeanor made my decision to work with her an easy one. Throughout the selling process, Berenices team was exceptionalaEUR"always responsive and respectful of my preferred communication style. Her husband and business partner, Brian, was equally customer-focused. As a single female homeowner, I was especially grateful for his willingness to help with moving small furniture items and even offering his truck to assist with removing larger trash items. These small but meaningful gestures went above and beyond what one typically expects from a realtor team. Berenice also excelled in facilitating communications with the buyers' agents, ensuring a smooth and transparent negotiation process. Her ability to manage the many moving parts of a real estate transaction with care and clarity was invaluable. I wholeheartedly recommend Berenice and Brian Ramage for your home selling or buying needs. They are knowledgeable, compassionate, and incredibly effective. You will be in excellent hands.

ZillowVERIFIED Berenice helped walk me through the process of selling my home and was able to close for much more than I anticipated the home would sell for. Berenice showed examples of properties in the neighborhood to compare to my home so we could list at a price that was comfortable for me.

ZillowVERIFIED Berenice and her team were meticulous in all aspects of the transaction, from the time we selected her to be our agent to way after the deal was closed. It truly seemed we were her only client (though we knew they were working many deals at the same time), with the way she looked after our interests in the transaction and helping us with the negotiation process, she truly made us feel as if she was more interested in making sure we received a good deal than in getting [her well deserved] sales commission. We highly recommend Berenice and her entire team.

ZillowVERIFIED Berenice Ramage is an awesome realtor. She knows the real estate business very well. She is very knowledgeable and pays close attention to details. I had a wonderful experience with Berenice because of her fast responses and willingness to get the closing of my house done in a timely manner and especially in the timeframe that I needed it to be done. She explained to me in full detail the closing costs sheets and made sure I understood them fully. I have recommended Berenice to other potential clients and I would recommend her to anyone thinking selling or buying a home. She is top notch and in a class of her own in the real estate business.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I used Brian and Berenice to buy our first home together. They made the experience enjoyable and were great to work with. Both of them were very attentive and kept in contact with us throughout the entire process. It took us awhile to find the perfect home, but once we did, we moved into it in no time. They were very patient with us throughout the process and showed us every house we wanted to see. We couldn't of asked for a better experience with our realtors and will always recommend them to friends.
