ZillowVERIFIED In these dificult financial landscape where the millenial generation is creepijg into their mid lives, Lili was exceptional in providing help in buying my first house. Lili portrayed great character and resources to streamline the process. There was a time when I kept getting outbid by competitors and it was disheartening to see prospective houses slip through. It came to the point where once a seller did agree to an offer, I wanted to seal the deal and be done with. Lili on the other hand disagreed and suggested we ask for renovations and inclusions to the agreement. Lili knows what she is talking about and it shows with regards to what she thinks will be possible based on her experience. It came to be, the seller agreed on the demands. It was awesome to have someone like her advocate for me and also get the new flooring, windows, stove, etc. This real estate agent brings about a level of assurance and honesty that exudes trust. I know I have said it before but regardless, Lili, thank you for helping me find a house. Thank you for helping me surprise both my parents to a place they could call home. Before this, my parents were crippled financially from the recession back in the late 2000's and they had to give up the house we originally had.
