We were going thru a difficult financial situation which involved home care for my mom and had to make a difficult decision to sell my moms property. Lien was there for me every step of the way and understood the urgency as we had run out of funds. Lien was able to list the property, advise us on how to prep and show it to prospective buyers. She was able to provide me 3 really great offers above asking. The sale closed in 10 days right before my birthday. The best birthday gift ever. I had questions after escrow closed and she is always available to answer my questions. I would definitely contact her for future real estate deals. She is professional and knows her stuff. I am very fortunate to have had Lien Celi as my agent for about 10 years now. Within those 10 years, Lien has been instrumental in the success of having assisted me with the purchase of my first home back in 2007.In 2015, Lien helped my partner/husband and I purchase a home together (my second and his second home). This year Lien assisted me in selling the first home she helped me purchase back in 2007.During the purchase of the second home, it took us months and months to look at homes (8-10 homes per weekend for 5-6 months). Lien was patient while we searched. When we finally found the right home, Lien was aggressive with the sellers agent as the negotiation continued through the wee hours of that night to ensure the contract favored us. Within less than 24 hours the deal was finalized and contract submitted within a week. The rest of the process ran smoothly.Words cannot explain how grateful I am to have Lien as my/ our agent. Lien is very personable, has provided nothing but superb customer service, expertise and professionalism throughout the entire process of buying and selling our homes.

My family and I were planning on moving to Southern California for a while, however a job opportunity came up much sooner than expected and I had to leave the Bay Area within 2 weeks. I had hired another Real Estate Agent, who did a terrible job. She did not show the house for nearly 3 months. Through my negotiations in cancelling my contract, I came across Lien Celi who promptly relisted the property.From Day 1, she set quality open houses, with great recaps and plans to follow up. She provided thorough photos and descriptions of the property on all listing websites. To top it off, she had the property in contract within 27 days!I believe the buyers were first time buyers because some of the inspections and questions about the property were very fundamental. Lien Celi did a great job of facilitating the questions, negotiating with the buyers realtor and making sure that I was represented fairly. For example, the buyer wanted additional inspections (outside of contract) and requested me to pay for them. Fortunately, the inspections passed, however she was able to negotiate that I would only need to pay if further work was needed.From start to finish, she made sure I was aware of where we were in the process, made sure I understood what and why were doing it and worked to ensure both parties were getting the best deal. Even for some issues, like dealing with the HOA, if she could not speak for me directly, she would provide the name and number of the people I needed to contact to make sure I spent the least time possible worrying about the deal.Lien Celi did an amazing job and the only thing I would change is the fact that I did not go to her first!

Lien has done amazing work! She found us! She was walking door to door giving out information about buying homes. My brother in law was in the front yard and she asked him if anyone in his Family are looking to buy a home, and we were! She came in and we talked and scheduled an appointment. After the appointment she sent us homes right away! We had a list of about 20. We narrowed it down and let her know so she could book appoints to go see them. Right before we were suppose to see the first home we were told that no one would be willing to work with us to get a loan. Due to my husbands immigration status. We gave up. We stopped looking at home and we realized that it was only going to be a dream of ours and one day we might be able to buy but it wasnt going to happen now. Little did we know Lien was working her butt off to find ANYONE that would be able to work with us. About a month went by before Lien contacted us again and she had GREAT news! She told us that she found a Lender and that we can start looking at homes again! She resent us homes and we were on the Hunt! She was very knowledgeable in the real estate business and helped us every step of the way. We purchased our house in October of 2014. My family is so thankful and happy that she has helped us.
