We (I) ran into some issues with an online lending company a few weeks prior to closing. Lidia not only remained cool, but assured me that we would get through the process. ZillowVERIFIED Lidia was absolutely fantastic to work with and I highly recommend you choose her for your real estate needs. I was purchasing a new build town home in Lakewood, CO from out of state. Obviously this can be a pretty daunting experience as this was my first home, and I wasn't able to monitor things going on with the build being out of state.. that's where Lidia came in. She is extremely personable, and knowledgeable about the Colorado real estate market. She eased many of my concerns, and was able to act as an extension of myself going onsite several times a month to ensure the contractors were on time, and sending me progress pictures which made me feel like I was there in person myself. The buying process with Lidia was stress free, very clear, and overall an enjoyable experience. I'll continue to refer all of my friends and family her way and I suggest you give her a call as well -- she won't disappoint!

In this market some people think all that you have to do is show up once and everything will take care of itself; that is mistaken.
