Things happened fast! We first met her in mid April not entirely sure we were ready to sell but our initial meeting got us so excited we quickly found a home to move to and with her expert guidance we readied our house and large property for sale. She remained in constant contact in and has a team that she surrounds herself with that made our process as easy as possible. ZillowVERIFIED Libby was fantastic from start to finish. I was selling a house in Blair while I lived out of state and I can't imagine how much more stressful it would have been without her. She kept an eye on the property-- and when we had storm damage, she scheduled and arranged multiple contractors to get everything sorted. She had contacts for everything from a lawn mowing company to siding and roofing to cleaning and handyman work. On top of that, her marketing was top notch and our house was on the market maybe a week before it sold. Overall, I feel grateful I chose her and I would recommend her again in a heartbeat.

Prior to searching for a home for the first time I knew a few things, but defiantly not all that is included and wanted to find a realtor that can help inform me and guide me through the market. Reilly for sure was the realtor for my fiancA(C)e and I as she walked us through every aspect of the process. She was always there able to answer any question we may have. My fiancA(C)e and I have known Reilly for a very long time, and we knew we wanted her to be our realtor for her work ethic and helpfulness not just in work but in life. We knew she would be able to help us through all our questions and touring houses with our busy work schedule. Truly we valued her transparency, helpful tips, information on the whole process, and quickness in responses no matter what time/day it was. My advice for a potential first time home buyer would be to work with your realtor and lender to understand the process of buying a home. Getting a realistic parameter of location, cost, and other necessities wanted in a home can really help you realtor dial in faster of finding you a new home. One final note is to ask any and all questions you may have before making a decision. Without Reilly and her team, I don't know if we would have been able to find the home we always wanted!

She also coordinated any contractor estimates and proposals, and continues to be responsive to our requests. If you are moving, I recommend meeting her and getting to know what she can offer! She coordinated multiple contractors for quotes for buyer questions, met them when they came, and facilitated three dump trailers' worth of junk or yard waste materials from house prep. No third party necessary! The concierge service is great if you don't want to handle moving any home services, and the new home security system credit was a great touch.

I went with Libby because I had known her for years and quickly learned how she has become so successful in her career. Libby made herself available at any time, day or night, to answer questions about any house I sent. If she thought I would not be interested, she would let me know. There were a few times we walked in and I immediately knew it was not the house for me. Libby kept a positive and encouraging attitude and ensured me that she would be by my side until we found my perfect home. We searched for months and Libby made the whole process comfortable and easy. She talked me off the ledge multiple times throughout the process by teaching me and making sure I understood and was comfortable with steps through the process.
