ZillowVERIFIEDLibby was the first person we called when we were ready to sell our houses. She knew the market well and helped us price our properties with a good selling price. She is a good communicator and does a good job of keeping us informed throughout the process. We would definitely call her again or refer people we know to use her as their realator.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer I was clueless as to where to even begin! Libby helped me through the process the whole way and made me feel comfortable even asking "dumb" questions! She always got back to me in a timely manner and she helped my daughter Jade and I purchase our first "home"! And we couldn't of had a better person to help us!! Thanks Libby!!

ZillowVERIFIED Libby is fantastic at her job! She is positive, and accessible. She listened to us as we looked for, and with her help, locate and purchase two different investment properties. As we are out-of-state investors, Libby continues to serve us whenever I contact her with questions, or ask for recommendations. She knows her community and surrounding area well. I would not hesitate to encourage you to contact Libby Headid for your real estate needs!

ZillowVERIFIED Libby is a fun, energetic, and highly knowledgeable realtor. She was quick to establish an online listing and had great insight into the things we needed to do in order to show our house in the best possible way. I was very pleased with the results that Libby and her partner Lynne Walz got us. I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking to sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Extremely Professional. Had our home sold within 2 weeks. Prompt, accurate communication. Friendly and professional. Extremely helpful, since we were living out of state and trying to sell our property. Kept us informed as events unfolded. Returned calls and emails within the hour. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Libby to anyone I know. As far as selling goes, she is very dedicated. I'm sure the same applies to finding a home for you and your family also. Don't hesitate-call her!

ZillowVERIFIED When we listed our house in the usually slow real estate month of November, we were prepared for it to be on the market for at least 6 months. When we sold it in under 2 months we were thrilled! The selling price was more than we ever thought we would get in this market! Libby gave us great ideas on how to prep our house for a speedy sale. She was extremely quick to get back to us with answers to our questions and feedback on any showings. Her marketing ideas were original and, most importantly, effective! The closing process went smoothly and she worked hard to make sure that any issues were ironed out before they became problems or could slow down closing. I would STRONGLY recommend Libby to ANYONE who is looking to buy or sell a home. She is honest, hardworking, and determined to get the job done!
