Liana Norman

Having grown up in Laguna Beach and Mission Viejo and having a mother who was successful in the real estate business from 1976-2012 it was only natural that Liana would follow suit. And follow suit she did! Liana Norman is ranked in the top 1% of South Orange County Realtors. Her mother, Lana Facinelli, was a Top Producer in the South OC area and Liana carries on that tradition with pride. Liana knows the South Orange County area intimately. Liana began her real estate career in 1987 in a small office in San Clemente where she averaged 25 sales a year from Single Family Residents to Investment Multi-Family Units. Liana took a few years off of full-time real estate and moved away to Sacramento to stay at home and raise for her young children while continuing to improve her Real Estate knowledge and never letting her license lapse. Dying to get back to the Coastal Communities of Orange County and real estate full-time, Liana reentered the real estate business in Sacramento and quickly sold 40 houses in 10 months and was able to move back to Sunny OC in 1999. Since then, Liana has averaged 25-30 sale transactions a year since 2000 and 15-20 lease transactions with sales of over $300,000,000 since 2000, this does not include her volume from 1987-1993.

Her philosophy is simple, 'the Client comes first!' Liana is known for her constant communications with her clients, her extensive knowledge of all aspects of real estate and she is known for going above and beyond for her clients.

Success can be measured through client satisfaction, a good reputation with her peers, awards and achievements and Liana has proven success on all of these.

Liana is a wife, a mother of three and a grandmother of four and counting. Liana loves to dance, to attend concerts, run, exercise, paddleboard and read when not hanging out with her family.
