She played a very pivotal role in allowing us to move forward throughout all steps of the home buying process. Prior to choosing our home, she was readily available and flexible with even showing us additional property we were interested in and accommodated our schedules. My wife and I work the typical 9-5 pm jobs, so it can be cumbersome to find time to keep in contact while working but Lian was able to communicate effectively and at reasonable times (i.e. during lunch hours or afterwork, even late at night!). She helped address all of our concerns via phone call/text and provided recommendations for us when it came to choosing our lender. She was not aggressive or "salesman"-like (pushy), which allowed us to truly decide for ourselves on our home. She was also very pleasant and nice to work with and did not dismiss any doubts we had throughout the process. We are so thankful for her help and highly recommend using her as a buying/selling agent.
