She made me feel like I was her only client--always a phone call, text, or email away--plus lots of face time. The office is well-appointed, classy but accessible. I was always offered coffee, tea, water and snacks. I received frequent emails with new listings as they came on the market. We smoothly set up appointments to view properties. Lia made the "to do" list and paperwork seem so easy. I liked using "Docusign," for signatures. I have not moved from my hometown since I was born, but I knew the time had come for me to exit the Bay Area. Although I was concerned, Lia's comforting and knowledgeable guidance through the process eased the transition. I picked up my keys and entered my new home yesterday. ZillowVERIFIED We had been working with Lia on a house sale for a long time. It was originally part of a probate/trust situation, and had a lot of cleanup to do before we were ready to sell. She came over early in the process, knowing it could be 1-4 years before it was ready for the market. She explained the current climate of selling vs renting, ran comps, walked the property, and referred us to a few people that could help us get things done. After that, she would check in on us from time to time, sending comps, talking about the local area changes, running numbers for us, and seeing how things were going. A couple years later, when we were finally ready to sell, she came and walked the property with us again. She suggested a few items that needed attention, and we trusted her to arrange for repairs and services that would make the property look its best. We listed with her, had an offer within days, and were closed within a short period of time. We love how thorough and professional she is, and would definitely do business with her again.

At the beginning, she spent an hour on the phone telling us about the Mendocino area. Then she took us out to look at homes on several occasions and even let us take our dog! But I quickly realized that Lia was listening carefully to what I needed, that she understood the local market and economy, and that she worked and negotiated hard, promptly, and effectively for me. I came to trust her judgment and was glad I did. Home purchases and mortgage applications are much more difficult today than they have been in my past home transactions - Lia was the one person in this process who was clearly working for us.
