It was a new build and she helped us really think through the process and helped to negotiate some features not originally included in the new build. ZillowVERIFIED My fiancee' and I bought our home back in April '16 and as our first purchase it was pretty terrible. About the only good experience between the other agents, mortgage brokers/etc.., banks and inspectors was Lezah. She was more than on her game when it came to dealing with a pair of first time buyers. She met us at completely unreasonable times around our schedules and we really, really hamstrung her with what we were looking for. The whole process was a lot of back and forth and phone calls and asking if we had driven through this area and seen this and that.. and while we ended finding the FSBO home we purchased she walked us through the purchasing process and recommended several things that the banks didn't that worked in our favor. So.. yeah, we would definitely recommend anyone to use her services in the future.

My wife and I found Lezah on Zillow after searching for a home in Travelers Rest. We did not know where or what to look for as we were from another state far far away. Lezah picked us up at our hotel and spent over 2 days with us looking for for/at homes. There were also other follow up meetings and discussions. After taking us to look at many homes she spent time with us to ensure we were aware of all the pros and cons of the houses, areas and local laws. Lezah Cruz compiled a list of several homes in the area for us to look into before we got out there to look. When we arrived in S.C. Lezah picked us up and spent all day Saturday and Sunday looking at homes. We made an offer and it was accepted. Lezah made everything happen in two days!! She also put us in touch with lenders, insurance agents and contractors in the area.
