She is knowledgeable, assertive, a real negotiator, knows her business and the area she serves and is a genuinely nice person. She assisted us in negotiating a very fair deal for our home. We were not the easiest clients to work with as we were VERY picky in the home we were wanting to purchase. She worked with us until we found just the right house.
