He made my first time home buying experience a lot less stressful by educating me on the process and making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. In general, he always had my best interests in mind, which in this industry and market is hard to find. We looked at countless homes, lost a few bids on some, and walked away from others during the negotiation process. Lewi was there to guide me away from homes that he easily could have pushed me into to secure a commission as many realtors do. He's been there every step of the way after the purchase to help me get settled, create connections with local vendors, getting utilities setup etc. as well.It's hard to find genuinely good people in this industry. Unfortunately, they seller opted to go with one of the large bargain real estate companies. This caused some issues along the way that forced Lewi to take on and solve a number of issues that were beyond what I would consider normal. The first house he showed us ended up being the one that was purchased. He responded to my messages almost immediately and solved problems efficiently.
