Born-and-raised Angeleno Levon Arzumanyan has dedicated his professional life to serving his community and helping clients build long-term financial confidence through real estate. Levon's career is grounded in a rare, full-spectrum understanding of real estate. He began in 2007 as a mortgage loan officer, later expanding his expertise as an investor and developer. This foundation allows him to guide clients with clarity and precision-whether demystifying the lending process for first-time buyers, advising seasoned investors, or accurately assessing renovation costs and resale potential. Highly detail-oriented and deeply analytical, Levon is known for protecting value and anticipating outcomes before decisions are made.

His success is driven by relationships. Over years as both a professional and lifelong Los Angeles resident, Levon has built a loyal client base and an expansive industry network. Tatiana Batmanian brings a complementary skill set rooted in design, execution, and client experience. She began her career in interior design in 2011, collaborating closely with developers on flip projects and working hands-on with contractors and vendors. This experience gave her an intimate understanding of how homes function, how spaces can be elevated, and how thoughtful design directly impacts value.

In 2017, Tatiana expanded her role to real estate, driven by a desire to guide clients earlier in their journey. Today, she seamlessly integrates her design expertise with real estate strategy, helping clients buy, sell, and curate homes that reflect both lifestyle and long-term goals. Known for her efficiency, organization, and calm execution, Tatiana consistently delivers smooth transactions while maintaining a high standard of care.

Together, Levon and Tatiana offer a hands-on, fully engaged approach-remaining personally involved from the first consultation through closing. Outside of real estate, Levon is deeply devoted to his role as a father to his daughter and son, enjoys practicing jiu jitsu, and has traveled extensively, including visiting all 50 states. He holds a master's degree in organizational leadership. Tatiana prioritizes fitness and wellness, believing discipline and balance are essential to excellence, and cherishes time spent with family and close friends.
