ZillowVERIFIED Amazing Realtor We couldnt be happier with our experience with Levi! Buying and selling a home can be incredibly stressful, especially when youre dealing with difficult lenders, buyers, inspections, and everything else that comes along with a real estate transaction. Through it all, he was patient, professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile for us. He kept us informed, advocated for us, and helped us navigate some very challenging situations. We always felt like he had our best interests in mind and that we had someone in our corner. We are so grateful for all of his hard work and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor. He truly went above and beyond, and we couldnt have asked for a better person to help us through the process!

ZillowVERIFIED As a first-time homebuyer, I couldnt have asked for a better experience, and thats entirely thanks to Levi. From day one, he went above and beyond to make sure I felt informed, comfortable, and confident every step of the way. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and really made sure I felt good about every decision. What sets Levi apart is not just his professionalism and knowledge, but how easy he is to work with. Hes down-to-earth, honest, and genuinely cares about his clients without ever making things feel overwhelming. Honestly, one of the best parts of working with Levi is that he doesnt treat you like just another client. Hes super personable, easy to talk to, and just a genuinely good guy. ZillowVERIFIED I cant say enough good things about working with Levi Richards. He was truly amazing through this whole process. He understood me, my personality, my stress, all of it and he handled everything with so much patience and kindness. That alone says a lot. But on top of that, Levis communication is honestly unmatched. He stayed on top of every detail, checked in constantly, and never left me wondering what was happening. He made a really overwhelming situation feel manageable, and he got us to closing so fast. ZillowVERIFIED 10/10 doesnt do Levi justice. He was absolutely wonderful in every aspect imaginable. His communication with us throughout the whole process was above and beyond. Above and beyond does accurately describes Levi, in all aspects from selling our home, to purchasing our new home. He didnt just have answers to every question, but instead had truthful, honest, and correct answers to every question we had; and we had a lot. Whenever we needed anything Levi was there to help guide us through it, and responded quickly during the whole process. He didnt leave us hanging and get back to us when it was convenient for him. 10/10 would recommend to any family, friends, and strangers for life.

ZillowVERIFIED Levi went above and beyond for me and my husband! Hes super attentive and pays attention to detail and no matter what time we called he would always answer his phone. We told him what we were looking for in a home and he took the time to create a list of homes that fit our needs. We arent from this city so we had a lot of questions and Levi always had an answer. Levi is super personable so it made us feel comfortable during this process. If we buy or sell again, were calling Levi. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell!

ZillowVERIFIED Levi did a great job helping us purchase our first investment property. Since we were viewing properties that are currently occupied by tenants there was an added an extra layer of work to schedule showings. Levi made the process seamless, fully answered all of our questions, and communicated quickly. I was impressed how involved he was in the inspection. Attention to detail was 10/10. I highly recommend Levi and Aycock Realty.

ZillowVERIFIED Levi was highly informative the first time I spoke with him months ago. I was able to meet him in Lubbock and we were able to view the houses within the price range and perimeters of choice. He suggested a paradigm shift of going a little higher in amount so the repairs would be less as I was looking for a fixer upper canvas from which I can creatively improve the property. The structure of the home we saw was fairly solid and the interior was surprisingly well designed. We were able to negotiate a price that was affordable in cash and the transaction towards completion although I was in another state was fluid with the title company. In all candor the team effort was quite impressive as well, highly organized with his assistant available for details and the inspector and the termite company in concert were thorough with the results. All efforts were streamlined, and questions posed were answered completely. I was quite impressed by the efficacy of this transaction from start to finish. I would highly recommend Levi and his team in your buying needs. Of appreciation was his ability to accept my wacky sense of humor. It was a joy making this purchase as my prior experience in Maryland was a nightmare. Most refreshing in deed indeed...

ZillowVERIFIED Levi did an amazing job!!! He sought us out and guided us through the entire process!! I liked that he didnt make us sign anything in order to work from us. I know he put in a lot of work into us and worked with my husbands late hours. We asked a lot of silly questions. As first time homebuyers its a scary process but we immediately felt at ease with Levi. He broke things down for us and even though my husband was particular about somethings Levi was realistic and was able to break down things for us. He was super busy but also gave us the time we needed. I still feel there is a lot we dont know as home OWNERS now but Levi is still available to help. We are very appreciative. I was a little worried when he told me hed only been a realtor for 2 years but he helped a lot and will be the best of the best in no time.

Any questions we had were answered promptly. He walked us through every step . He helped us with ideas for staging our home. He was wonderful at negotiating the price for our new home. He was honest, trustworthy and worked hard to get everything done for us. He got our home sold and us in our new home in six weeks!!! I honestly did not know that was possible. He accompanied us to closing and took notes for us so we wouldnt forget the important things we needed to do. Who is thoughtful like that these days? ZillowVERIFIED Levi is the best! Let me start by saying, he was just a guy on Zillow at first. He was very quick in responding to questions and request. He showed me several homes within a couple of weeks, always communicating to make sure I was seeing homes that met my needs. He has several contacts and was the one who introduced me to my lender who approved me same day! One of the main kudos for Levi, was when we did run into trouble around closing time, he continually said, aEURoe lets be solution oriented.aEUR? He was always looking for a way to move forward. I never felt like a paycheck for him, but a friend walking me through houses, nitpicking to find my forever home. He put my buying process first, allowing me time to make this big decision with a clear conscience. Levi is a great realtor, with a strong business sense, and an amazing heart. Thank you, Levi. From the bottom of our hearts.
