Levi was highly informative the first time I spoke with him months ago. I was able to meet him in Lubbock and we were able to view the houses within the price range and perimeters of choice. He suggested a paradigm shift of going a little higher in amount so the repairs would be less as I was looking for a fixer upper canvas from which I can creatively improve the property. The structure of the home we saw was fairly solid and the interior was surprisingly well designed. We were able to negotiate a price that was affordable in cash and the transaction towards completion although I was in another state was fluid with the title company. In all candor the team effort was quite impressive as well, highly organized with his assistant available for details and the inspector and the termite company in concert were thorough with the results. All efforts were streamlined, and questions posed were answered completely. I was quite impressed by the efficacy of this transaction from start to finish. I would highly recommend Levi and his team in your buying needs. Of appreciation was his ability to accept my wacky sense of humor. It was a joy making this purchase as my prior experience in Maryland was a nightmare. Most refreshing in deed indeed...
