Levi is by far the best agent I've ever had. He's extremely knowledgeable and honestly seemed like he knew everything from the roof to the foundation and everything in between which was extremely helpful. More than once he has told me a house was overpriced or a bad purchase, which made me feel like he actually cared more about me getting a good house than just making a sale. He was super easy to talk to, always answered my questions, and would respond any day any time. He explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and if he didn't know he always made sure to find out and let me know, Levi stuck with me the whole way through, and made sure I was happy with what I got. I've already recommended him to a multiple people and I'd recommend him to anyone, especially if it's your first time buying. I worked with him for about a year and never had a single bad experience.

We had a roller-coaster journey of a purchase, adding to the hassle of buying from out-of-state, but Levi went above and beyond what you would normally see in a realtor. Many late night questions answered and early morning inquiries taken care of. Levi and the sellers managed to work together and complete all the battles quickly to allow for a almost 2 week early closing even. He also has a great River Valley Heros program.
This one really was a ride... It felt like every time we got through something, another hiccup popped up right behind it. I know I kept saying "this should be the last one," and then--boom--another surprise. I honestly felt bad even saying it after a while. But seriously, y'all handled it like champs. That kind of patience and trust is what got us all the way to the finish line (and even early). I really appreciate you sticking with me through all of it, especially doing this from out of state. Welcome to Arkansas--it truly is the best state. Glad to have you here!
