ZillowVERIFIED Levi helped us to sell our home in 3 days and we received above asking price. He did an especially great job though in helping us find a new home. We checked out a couple with Levi that popped on the market, but when it was really time to buckle down and get serious, Levi arranged a whole day of showings for us to see different homes. He was knowledgeable about pros and cons of different neighborhoods we visited. After we chose a home he really did a great job negotiating price and multiple contingencies. He was available and responsive whenever we needed him - and some of the terms we had to negotiate went very late into the evening! We really felt like we got a great deal selling and a great deal going into our new home. The dollars we saved on both ends really went a long way.
