She was understanding and continued to check in (in a non-annoying way) for three years. We finally got serious this year during an insane time in the market. Lettiann was with us every step of the way. Her advice was sound, honest, and always helpful. We eventually found a house, and the seller was an absolute nightmare to work with. Lettiann remained professional even while being personally attacked by the seller. She was happy to continue the process through truly ridiculous conditions. We eventually had to take legal action against the seller and move on to another property. Lettiann was professional and helpful while always respecting our decisions. It was a truly horrific process with that seller for all of us, and Lettiann was a shoulder to cry on as well as always keeping our best interests at heart.When we found our absolute dream property, Lettiann was her stellar self: always getting us disclosures quickly, being responsive and helpful, as well as sharing her expertise throughout the process. Luckily, the seller for the house we eventually bought was cooperative and we had few snags. Lettiann sent dinners and snacks for the workers, she checked in regularly and got to know us and our tastes. She was able to do comprehensive comparables which indicated our intitial listing price was much too high. After reassessing the situation she began marketing the home.
