ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I were relocating from Orange County to Idaho and needed to sell our home quickly. We asked Leslie to get the most money for us as fast as possible with as little involvement from my husband and I as possible. We essentially just handed her the keys. Leslie was a pro from start to finish. Most importantly, she is a rockstar at the negotiating table. We were ready to settle for a mediocre offer and Leslie talked us out of it. I almost fell on the floor when she told us where the negotiations landed. It was way more than my husband and I expected (and more than other realtors we interviewed thought we could get). No surprise, it was the EXACT amount Leslie told us we would get. She navigated a tricky market beautifully and I could not recommend her enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Leslie was a total pro and helped us sell our home quickly (within days) and over asking price! You cant ask for much more than that! She made a normally stressful situation totally manageable. A friend recommended her and now we want to do our part, telling others how great her and her team are. She was very patient with all of our questions and provided her advice, which was very helpful. We will be working with Leslie on our next home selling and buying adventure.

ZillowVERIFIED Leslie is extremely professional. And patient. We aggressively pursued purchasing a local house with her, and later backed out, and she helped us with all of that. We then did the same thing a second time. The issue was local pricing. In the end, Leslie helped us sell our house and facilitated moving out of state. She acted with urgency and self-direction. Leslie delivered multiple offers for us in a single weekend and helped us pick the best offer! Thank you Leslie! You are amazing!

ZillowVERIFIED I could not be more grateful to have worked with Leslie on selling a home! After losing my Uncle, she was recommended to me and my mother as we live a couple hours away and are not too familiar with the area. Through an unfortunate circumstance, Leslie was our rock. Between her knowledge and research of the market, outstanding professional connections, and thorough, honest explanations of paperwork and expectations, she was a dream. Being communicative is very important in a process like this and never once did we feel confused or in the dark. Great experience!

ZillowVERIFIED Leslie worked with me to list my rental property on the MLS, screen tenant applications, and ultimately successfully select a tenant. I've done this with a few realtors before, and Leslie was top notch as far as the attention, input, and value she provided to me, her timeliness for response and action, and how quickly and successfully the whole effort concluded. Can't wait to work with her again!

ZillowVERIFIED It was an amazing experience to work with Leslie. I was a first time home buyer in the southern Orange County at a sellers market. I was inexperienced with the home buying process and time to time the process can get quite intimidating.Leslie came with a steller recommendation from a friend. Not only she delivered but exceeded my expectations. The whole process moved smoothly and we were able to close the escrow in less than three weeks, thanks to the huge help from Leslie. She guided me through the whole process, assessed the property values, discussed pros and cons I didnt even consider before. She helped me in setting realistic expectations with my budget. Leslie was always available and ready to help in answering all my questions, including after hours or weekends. She also visited the properties on my behalf and gave me all the details over video calls when I was out of town. After the deal closure she helped me with the pre move-in repair works and introduced me to all the right people.I am very thankful to Leslie and her team for all the help and highly recommend them to anyone interested in buying or selling houses in Orange County.

ZillowVERIFIED We have known Leslie Swan of The Swan Team for several years and chose her to represent us in the recent sale of our home. Leslie is the consummate professional yet she is personable, caring and friendly. She not only listened to our words, she heard what we said. We have lived in our home for 35 years and she understood the emotional side of selling it.She initially sat down with us and went over all of the criteria we would need to make a decision plus explained the timeline and information for selling. When there was a problem, Leslie handled it with ease and in a timely manner. She was always available to us and never once did we feel as though we were asking too many questions or demanding too much of her time. She brought us a great deal and we are pleased beyond measure with the way things turned out. Without reservation, we would highly recommend Leslie Swan to our friends, neighbors and anyone else selling or buying a house.

ZillowVERIFIED Leslie is amazing. This is the second time we have worked with Leslie (first to purchase our home and then to sell the same home a few years later). She masterfully guided us through the process and helped us have a smooth sale. She provided great resources to help us prepare for the sale and did an amazing job promoting our property. We wouldn t have had as great of a result selling our property without her. I would strongly recommend her services to anyone buying or selling a property.

ZillowVERIFIED Leslie and her team are great. Very professional and driven to get you results. Her ability to sell our home during the COVID quarantine through the use of online home showings, ensuring appropriate PPE was worn by any visitors, and following up on any online interest were critical in getting our home sold. Highly recommend her for any realtor needs in southern OC.

ZillowVERIFIED It was a pleasure to work with Leslie Swan and her team. She is extremely knowledgeable about the local housing market and worked hard to find us our "forever" home. She also sold our house after only one week on the market and was very helpful in staging it for us. Leslie advised us and was great at listening to our concerns and needs and we always felt like she had our best interests at heart. It was a seamless closing process (even though both the house we sold and bought happened during the Covid-19 quarantine). We love our new home and grateful for Leslie's persistence and representation in helping us buy it. We would highly recommend Leslie and the Swan Team.

ZillowVERIFIED Leslie was referred to us by a colleague. For our original conversations, we had made everything a little difficult due to being in a timezone with an 8 hour difference. Every morning we woke up, we had a reply from Leslie, ready to read for all of the big and small questions that we had put to her. Leslie organised all of our viewings for a single day. Came with with us to each and everyone. Her knowledge of each property was astounding and we couldn't have found the home we've settled in without her. No ask was too big or small, and we've already booked Leslie in, to help with our next house purchase. Leslie is a gem in the tricky to navigate realtor market.

ZillowVERIFIED Leslie made a difficult time in our family easier by helping with the sale of my late dad's house. She was very detail oriented. She communicated with us on a regular bases and took care of details like getting the windows cleaned. Also, she had a photographer that took amazing pictures. Her pleasant personality along with her determination to get the right buyer gave us a lot of comfort. Because of her hard work, the house sold quickly and for full-asking price.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I recently made the move to Lake Mission Viejo from San Jose in northern CA. Luckily we were introduced to Leslie through a friend. We told Leslie about our dream to move to the lake and could she help us. Leslie got to work right away looking for condo's in the communities we desired. Since we lived so far away communication was very important. Leslie sent a link to download that sent us listings in the area as they came up. She was very helpful in finding our current dwelling and was very skillful in negotiations to secure since we are renting currently and rental price that fit our budget. We are loving where we live and are looking forward to working with Leslie again when we move forward in looking for a nice condo to buy on the lake. We highly recommend Leslie and have recommended her to to friends we have made here in Mission Viejo.
