ZillowVERIFIED I hired Leslie to sell my home in 2012 after having it on the market for nearly 2 years. Leslie sold my home within 2 months. With her help we found the perfect house for us to buy. There was an issue with that, in that the seller was not ready to vacate the house for 6 months. Leslie was able to work the deal out with the seller and we leased it back to them. She then found us a house to rent for that period of time to make the transaction flow perfectly. If you want to sell your home, or youre on the market to purchase one. There is no one better than Leslie. She also just sold a house for me that I inherited in less than 2 months on the market.

ZillowVERIFIED Short story: We had our house on the market Oct-Dec 2012 with another realtor. We had 25 showings and no offers. We changed realtors to Leslie Sullivan and re-listed the house in early February 2013. The first buyer that walked through the door made us an asking price offer. Needless to say within 2-3 days of putting the house back on the market the house was sold! Leslie told me she would have the house sold in 3 days and she pulled it off!
