ZillowVERIFIED We had an exceptional experience working with Leslie. From the very first time we met her, we knew we wanted her to lead our home sale. Her professionalism, confidence, and deep knowledge of the market immediately stood out. Leslie was incredibly organized and put together a comprehensive plan and detailed checklist to get our condo market-ready quickly and strategically. Her preparation and guidance made the entire process feel seamless and manageable. Thanks to her expertise and approach, our condo sold off-market with five offers over asking in just 24 hours ? an outcome beyond what we could have hoped for. Leslie guided us through every step of the process with clarity, responsiveness, and steady support. We are so grateful for her experience, insight, and dedication, and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Leslie was a pleasant experience. She suggested improvements to my for-sale condo that, while inexpensive, significantly enhanced the desirability of the unit. I appreciated Leslies patience in dealing with and elderly client (me) who had not purchased or sold real estate in the last ten years. She is a good communicator, readily available, with expertise in the real estate markets of Chicagos north side and north suburbs, and in national real estate trends. I highly recommend Leslie!

ZillowVERIFIED Leslie has been an invaluable partner in both buying and selling our homes in downtown Chicago. When we moved to Chicago from the East Coast in 2022, Leslie expertly guided us through the purchase of our home from afar. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and dedicated to finding us the perfect property to suit our needs. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, which was truly remarkable considering the competitive Chicago market. More recently, when our family grew and we needed more space, Leslie was the first person we called. She skillfully marketed and sold our home quickly and for a great price. Simultaneously, she helped us navigate the purchase of our new, larger home, expertly managing both transactions with incredible efficiency. Leslie?s deep understanding of the Chicago market, her keen negotiating skills, and her unwavering commitment to her clients is truly commendable. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure we feel informed and supported every step of the way. We are incredibly happy in our new home and are so thankful for Leslie?s expertise and guidance throughout this journey. We wholeheartedly recommend her services to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Chicago.

ZillowVERIFIED Leslie Glazier worked very diligently to secure a buyer for our property. She is knowledgeable and easy to work with. Leslie helped us find a staging co to stage rooms in our property and she also had a photographer take beautiful photos of the property. I would definitely recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Leslie took care of me and offered just the right advice. I wasnt sure what I wanted to do following divorce. Les knew the implications of each option and guided me down the path that made sense. Then she managed the process, was clear in her instructions, and closed the deal, ensuring that no money was left on the table. I have worked with other agents who got the job done but left me feeling like I was visiting Kohls. Working with Leslie felt more like a trip to Nieman Marcus.

ZillowVERIFIED Leslie and her team did an amazing job selling our downtown Chicago condo. Leslie worked quickly and made excellent recommendations regarding marketing, pricing, and staging. We had three offers on the first weekend and it was sold within a week above our asking price! She helped navigate the intricacies of multiple offers with timely communications throughout. She had resources for all of our needs and managed any issues that arose along the way. I would use her again without hesitation. This was the easiest sale of a home that I have ever had!

ZillowVERIFIED Im delighted by the results of Leslie and her teams work selling my condo. It was on the market for 6, maybe 7, days when I got the offer. Leslie was as enthusiastic about my condo as I was when she helped me stage the place for photography and showing and writing the listing, and what she did worked. She was personable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her.
