She contacted a real estate agent where we were moving 950 miles away who knew the lay of the land and got into our new home. We had a buyer in two days and found our new house in ten days. One thing that helped us choose Leslie in the beginning was that when I had emailed her about a property, she called us back immediately. Many other agents never bothered to respond to inquiries. I know we were far from one of her biggest commissions but she always treated us as if we were!We made several trips to Vermont to view homes and had only two days each time to see numerous homes. We werent looking at a specific town or even county, but wanted to see homes in the top half of the state. She is amazing and gave me a great deal of personalized attention- I don't think she ever told me she was too busy- she found a way to make it work. I don't plan to move again, but if I do- she's the one I will call. Don't waste your time with a bigger agency- Leslie is all you need to find the right home.
