ZillowVERIFIED We were driving around in Cleveland and saw for the first time the sigh for Bratenahl, off I-90. We had seen in the internet sites some beautiful condos for sale there, so we decided to stop by the security gate and ask if we could visit the place. They told us we needed a real state agent for that and gave us a list of names we could try calling... Well, it was Sunday, but we decided to call right away.Leslie responded very prompty to my message and could arrange an appointment for us to see the condo available that same day!!!If you consider there we were going back that same day to Cincinnati, where we live, she could just have given is an excuse and do something else!We visited the condo, went back to Cleveland a couple of times, when she showed us many different properties with the same kindness and professionalism we absolutely appreciated. She never failed in her commitment to find a place for us that could fit best the especifications we gave her and we finally decided for a condo in Bratenahl with an amazing view of the lake.We would recommend her even to the most demanding person seriously interested in real state business.

ZillowVERIFIED Leslie goes the extra mile. She will meet with you and drive the distance to have papers signed or to accomodate your particular needs. She is very friendly, and took the fear out of preparing, negotiating and selling. She even suggested helpers for the move, and was sincerely concerned about the seller. We would recommend her to anyone at anytime. In fact, if we decide to sell again, or purchase another property, we will be calling her again.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer the process of purchasing a home can be overwhelming. Leslie not only simplified things for me, but she also provided valuable insight and ultimately me be extremely comfortable with my home purchase. Additionally, she also proved to be a skillful negotiator and got me a great price on the home as well as on some of the upgrades in the house. Will definitely use her for my next home purchase!

ZillowVERIFIED Leslie Davidson is a true professional. She helped me to purchase a 9,000 sqare foot home. She was always available and did not leave any details undone. She has expertise in every aspect of the process of buying a home. If I asked her to obtain information, she had it for me asap. I had such a great comfort level working with Leslie that I subsequently hired her to sell my home, after I purchased the new home. I highly recommend Leslie for purchas,e or for listing a home. She has high standards, and that is not easy to find. She is pleasant, yet serious about business. I'm glad she was on my team!
