ZillowVERIFIED Lesli helped us sell our parents' home fast and in difficult circumstances. My parents did not want to move but health issues forced us to make the decision to sell. We interviewed several realtors and Lesli was by far the most impressive. She was the only realtor to walk around the house and actually look at the outside. She was the only realtor to give us the honest assessment that to get top dollar we had to invest in some slight renovation (fixing bathroom cabinets, taking down 1990s wallpaper, etc) and make some repairs (she noticed a crack in the foundation and some leaking through the chimney. Regarding renovations Lesli gave us good advice on the little things that would be relatively inexpensive but would add value to the house. Lesli immediately gave us recommendations for folks to do this work and they all were immediately responsive and reasonable in their prices. Even though contractors are backed up right now in this market, when they heard we were calling because Lesli told us to they immediately scheduled us. Lesli checked in regularly and she even came over, got on a step ladder in her heels, and helped me do some of the work ourselves. She was always compassionate (which in our situation meant a lot) and professional. She listed the house at a good price and within one day we had three offers, one for 30K over asking. From putting the house on the market in Jan 2021 we had only five weeks until the house was closed. We recommend her highly!

We were apprehensive about meeting a real-estate agent from online, but are so glad we did! At first, we had no idea what we wanted and we had no idea what we were doing, however, thanks to our telephone conversations and in-person meetings, we gained confidence in our abilities to purchase a home and found our ideal setting. Despite planning a wedding/reception after our classes and work schedules, Lesli was there for us and was able to answer our questions. In the same respect, she was available and willing to go above and beyond her obligations and work to schedule a showing of a home we were interested in, even if just my fiance or I were able to go. To be honest, at times, I felt like we were being a burden with the amount of time she spent with us, but she assured us that we wanted to make the right decision for us and that being educated was integral. We never felt pressured to make a decision and when we were on the fence about a house, she would give us real advice like a family member or friend, which made us feel valued.
